Well, I just read a Tweet from the New York Times that Russia has passed the first vote to ban adoptions to America. The law must still be passed by an upper house of legislature as well as the President. It is not too late to email our President, Senators and Congresspersons. It is also not too late to pray. We will be in fervent prayer for mercy from Russian political leaders, and wisdom for both governments as things proceed.
